Debra Jenkins

Debra and her husband, Jerry, have proudly called Azle and the Eagle Mountain Lake area home for more than 23 years. Deeply committed to the vitality and preservation of this unique lake community, Debra brings extensive experience in civic leadership and community engagement to the SEML Board of Directors.

Her longstanding record of service includes roles as Chairperson of the Azle Library Trust Board of Directors and Board Member of the Azle Education Foundation. She is an active member and Past President of the Rotary Club, as well as a member of the Azle Chamber of Commerce. Her dedication to community enrichment has been recognized through numerous honors, including being named Azle Citizen of the Year in both 2009 and 2013, receiving the Rotary Builder Award, and being voted Azle’s Favorite Realtor in 2012.

Debra is passionate about protecting the natural beauty and recreational value of Eagle Mountain Lake for current residents and future generations. She is honored to contribute her leadership experience and love for the area to advance SEML’s mission of stewardship, education, and advocacy.
